The Fertility Clinic

The Fertility Clinic provides professional advisory services and treatment for all types of infertility and offers all modern types of treatment for infertility, egg grading, and freezing of ovarian tissue prior to cancer treatment.

Regarding the Prime Minister's statement on expansions in the area of fertility:

We are ready to increase the treatment offer from 3 to 6 IVF/ICSI treatments for patients where there is a reasonable chance of pregnancy by carrying out additional treatment. The extended treatment offer applies to patients who are currently being treated, but unfortunately not to patients who have graduated from the Fertility Clinic.

Treatment for a second child will come into force on 1 December 2024, after which we will begin to accept these referrals.

Women who turn 40 years old in between the agreement date of June 18, 2024, and the agreement’s effective date of December 1, may be referred for fertility treatment for a second child from December 1 to December 31, 2024.

Innovation District Copenhagen (IDC) has appointed Annemarie Munk Riis as its new Chief Executive Officer, taking up the position on June 1st 2026. She arrives directly from a position as CEO at Green Building Council and holds a degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen and a PhD from Copenhagen Business School.

Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital and Skåne University Hospital have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate cross-border collaboration and strengthen health innovation in the Öresund Region.

New play installations at Mary Elizabeths Hospital, Aalborg University Hospital, and Sygehus Lillebælt will help children feel calmer and more confident before medical examinations. Nordea-fonden is funding the project with DKK 12.25 million.
