Example:
If you are starting insemination treatment and your 1st day of menstruation is on 25 July, you should write to the clinic on 25 July to register for treatment.

If your 1st day of menstruation is before 21 July, you must wait for your next period before you can register.

IMPORTANT
Please be aware that many patients will register for treatment when we reopen after the summer holidays. Therefore, you should expect that we may occasionally need to decline some patients for treatment — meaning we may not be able to offer you a place to start treatment.

This will be considered the next time you register for treatment, but we cannot guarantee that a previous decline will automatically result in a place.

During the summer, there may be limited telephone availability in the laboratory and other departments.

If in doubt, you can always contact the secretaries at +45 35 45 40 71, press 1, Monday–Friday from 08:30–12:00.

The Christmas closure plan for 2026 is being prepared and will be posted on the website as soon as the planning is complete.
