Selection of sperm donor

Sperm donors are selected from the sperm bank's catalog by following the  instructions from the Department of Fertility's website. It is important that the semen is in the Department of Fertility in good time before treatment.

If there is a partner, the partner must, by his/her signature, accept the treatment and declare:

"Should my wife / cohabitant give birth to a child / children as a result of fertility treatment, I will in all respects regard the child / children as mine and consider it / them my legal heir (s)".
