Monitoring of the pregnancy in cases of high blood pressure and/or pre-eclampsia can take place from home via MinSP.

About home monitoring

We have determined that you have high blood pressure and/or pre-eclampsia. You have the option of staying at home, but you must monitor your pregnancy so that we can keep an eye on how it develops. This means that you must personally:

  • measure blood pressure and pulse

  • take a urine sample

  • fill out a questionnaire.

You must record the measurements in MinSP. You can download the app on your smartphone. You will need MitID the first time.

You must measure blood pressure and pulse:

on the following days
Monday:__ Tuesday:__ Wednesday:__ Thursday:__ Friday:__ Saturday:__ Sunday:__

You must take a urine sample:

You must fill out the questionnaire:

Monday:__ Tuesday:__ Wednesday:__ Thursday:__ Friday:__ Saturday:__ Sunday:__

We check your measurements and results (data check):

On the days we have agreed for a data check, you must send your measurements and answers (e.g. blood pressure and questionnaire answers) by 9:00 AM.
