Title

Sleep in the Ultra Long-Term Perspective - Seasonal and Behaviorally Induced Variation

In this clinical study we recorded subcutaneous electroencephalography (sqEEG) for healthy participants for one year. Twenty-five participants were enrolled and 20 completed a full year of enrolment. Our dataset will help identify day-to-day variations in normal sleep and covariates based on variations throughout the year and associations with subjective variables. To analyze the vast amounts of data we trained an automatic sleep staging model (U-SleepSQ) based on sqEEG. The model had a strong agreement with manually scored polysomnographies when predicting hypnograms from sqEEG data.
