From 2014 to 2016, more than 130 patients and relatives, along with 200 clinicians, participated in working groups and attended user and construction workshops. During these sessions, patient pathways were mapped, and the future patient journey and user experience were designed. This collaborative effort laid the foundation for Mary Elizabeth’s Hospital to become a groundbreaking hospital for children, teens, pregnant women, and their families.
