The Copenhagen Workshop on Cryopreservation of Ovarian Tissue is a three-day laboratory and lecture course designed for scientists (scientific as well as clinical fellows) who are interested in learning the technique behind the successful and well established Danish Cryopreservation Programme for Ovarian Tissue.

The workshop includes extensive hands-on training in the preparation and freezing of ovarian tissue (using bovine ovaries as a model). Moreover, thawing and viability assessment of the frozen tissue will be performed. The workshop also includes state-of-the-art lectures covering both the laboratory aspects, clinical aspects, outcomes and consultations given by the Danish fertility specialists.
