Research at the Centre for Cancer and Organ diseases

​​Physical activity as part of the treatment for chronic disease is the focus of our research. We develop targeted training regimes for specific disease groups, test them in large patient groups and study the molecular effects in our laboratory.​​

​Forum for Cancer Symptom Research strengthens and supports evidence-based nursing practice for symptom management of patients with cancer. The forum is affiliated with the Comprehensive Symptom Research Program Models of Cancer Care.

​The Centre for Cancer and Organ Diseases wishes to offer patient care and treatment at the highest international level. This goal can only be fulfilled with a strong focus on research and development.​​​
