Udgangsstilling: Rygliggende i seng.

Øvelse: Find 2-4 punkter foran dig.
Hold hovedet i ro og flyt blikket fra punkt til punkt.

Udfør øvelsen i 15 sekunder.
Gentag 3-5 gange.
