Clinical Academic Groups (CAGs)
A Clinical Academic Group (CAG) is an academic research collaboration that brings together university researchers and hospital clinicians.
The purpose of a CAG is to strengthen healthcare by generating new research and enhancing the quality of clinical practice. This is achieved through strong professional networks and shared strategic goals that bridge universities and healthcare providers across the Regions.
Greater Copenhagen Health Science Partners (GCHSP) currently consists of 18 CAGs, each focused on a specific area of treatment expertise. Leadership of the CAGs is shared between the University of Copenhagen, the Capital Region of Denmark, the Technical University of Denmark, and Region Zealand. Other organisations may also participate as partners within individual CAGs and the wider GCHSP framework.

Greater Copenhagen Health Science Partners (GCHSP) is a collaboration between the University of Copenhagen, the Technical University of Denmark, Region Zealand, and the Capital Region of Denmark. The partnership was established to strengthen cooperation between basic science researchers and clinical researchers in hospitals.
