​Once operational, the 60,000 m² facility dedicated to children, teens, and expectant mothers will welcome 1,200 doctors, nurses, midwives, and other staff members each day. Daily operations will include 700 outpatient visits for treatment and examinations, 100 pregnancy scans, 35 pediatric surgeries, 20 newborns in incubators, and 14 births.

Currently, test rooms are being constructed and walls are being painted throughout various areas. Test versions of patient rooms and operating rooms are being built, with additional test rooms planned. These prototypes help identify issues and test clinical workflows before opening. The completed hospital will feature 15 operating rooms, 14 delivery suites, 143 pediatric beds, and 33 adult beds.
