How do I register for treatment?

Registration for PGT treatment

Registration for PGT treatment must be done the first day of your bleeding. You will have to leave a message at the clinics answering machine: 3545 4071 – press 3

We need following information: 

  • Your name
  • Cpr. number 
  • Date for your first day of bleeding
  • Your weight 
  • Your height
  • Are you using birth control pills  
  • Telephone number where we can reach you 

Registration for IVF/ICSI treatment

Registration for IVF/ICSI treatment has to be done the first day of your bleeding. You will have to leave a message at the clinics answering machine: 3545 4071 – press 3

We need following information:

  • Your name
  • Cpr. number 
  • Date for your first day of bleeding
  • Telephone number where we can reach you 

Registration for FET treatment (treatment with frozen embryos) and insemination treatment 

Registration for treatment with frozen embryos and insemination treatment must be done the first day of your bleeding. You will have to contact the secretary at the Fertility Clinic between the hours 8.30-10.00 a.m. and Saturdays 10.00-12.00 (closed Sundays and public holidays): 3545 4071 - press 1.

NOTE!

All registrations will be prioritized by the doctors at the clinic based on age criteria, discontinued treatments due to the shutdown and special medical conditions.

If you are sick

If you are  sick (this applies to all diseases), have been in contact with a person who is sick or quarantined due to Covid-19, you cannot receive fertility treatment.

You can only register for treatment after ended quarantine or after 2 days without any symptoms. 

You will be contacted (except Sundays and public holidays) between the hours 12.00-14.00 and get informed if it is possible for you to start treatment. This applies to both IVF / ICSI treatment, treatment with frosen embryos and insemination treatment.

IMPORTANT!

  • It is possible for a partner to enter the Fertility Clinic on the day for the aspiration
  • It is possible for a partner to enter the Fertility Clinic on the day for the transferation
  • It is possible for a partner to enter the Fertility Clinic on the day for the pregnancy scan
  • Regarding insemination treatment with a partner: The partner must appear alone to bring the sperm sample to the laboratory. It is possible for a partner to be present for the insemination treatment. 
  • For all other examinations the woman must appear alone.

Regarding your first appointment in the Fertility Clinic

Before your first appointment at the Fertility Clinic it is very important that we receive the documents we have attached to your letter regarding your date of your appointment. You have received the documents via E-boks. You have to send your completed questionnaires to the clinic via MinSundhedsplatform.

14 days prior to your consult it is absolutely necessary that we have received the documents. Otherwise we have to postpone you appointment in the Fertility Clinic.
