Below you will find an overview of the funding obtained throughout the SafeBoosC project. The funding is listed in chronologically order.
2012, January: The SafeBoosC-II trial was supported with a grant of 11.1 mio dkk from The Danish Council for Strategic Research. 750,000 DKK was intended to support the development of a new cerebral oximeter (OxyPrem) at the Biomedical Optics Research Laboratory at the Division of Neonatology at the University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland
2018, April: the SafeBoosC-III trial was supported with a grant of 2.7 mio dkk from The Elsass Foundation.
2018 – 2021: For the SafeBoosC-III trial, the central trial unit in Copenhagen did not receive any funding to cover local expenses in participating centres. Thus, centres wanting to participate had to find a way to cover such expenses themselves.

The list will be updated on a continuous basis as all information is gathered from the local principal investigators.
2019, October: The SafeBoosC-III trial was supported with a grant of 1.0 mio dkk from Svend Andersen Foundation.
2019, November: The SafeBoosC-III trial was supported with a grant of 1.0 mio dkk from Aage and Johanne Louis-Hansen Foundation.
2020, December: The SafeBoosC-III trial was supported with a grant of 600,000 DKK from The Elsass Foundation
