Further, the extensive access to comprehensive nationally anchored databases with almost complete follow-up offers unique opportunities for researchers on surgical morbidity as well as survival following cancer related surgery such as extensive ovarian cancer and robotic procedures.
The department has a wide range of multi disciplinary team collaborators offering access to high ranking research on imaging techniques such as PET/CT, Anesthesiology, Medical Oncology and Pathology providing a wide range of possibilities in multi disciplinary surgical research.
