The Centre for Victims of Sexual
Assault provides emergency assistance – for men and women who have been
subjected to rape or attempted rape. The Centre provides assistance
regardless of whether you wish to report the assault to the police.
The Centre is open 24 hours a day, and no appointment is necessary. However,
we do recommend that you call the nurse at 35 45 50 32 before coming in.
It is important that you come to the Centre within 72 hours of the assault if
at all possible, but you are always welcome to call and talk to us. Treatment is free and subject to strict confidentiality. Any exams and
treatments are entirely voluntary.
