Unit of Crisis Psychology
Unit of Crisis Psychology deals with the following areas:
Crisis intervention to patients and their relatives at Rigshospitalet in connection to acute illness.
Debriefing, supervision and training of the staff at Rigshospitalet.
Psychosocial assistance to staff at Rigshospitalet, both regarding personal and professional matters.
Research projects in the field of traumatic stress.
Crisis intervention to staff and employees in professions outside Rigshospitalet after traumatic events at the workplace
Unit of Crisis Psychology is also a part of the contingency plan regarding psychological aid after major accidents and disasters.
