Laboratory of Reproductive Biology

Laboratory of Reproductive Biology (LRB) is a independent research facility focusing on human reproductive biology with a special interest in basic science (from oocyte development to human embryonic stem cell differentiation) and fertility preservation in women. 

LRB is the only research unit in Denmark performing cryopreservation of human ovarian tissue, and we have developed a successful and well-established programme to preserve fertility in girls and young woman with malignant diseases, such as cancer.
